And asking yourself what the worst thing that can happen is a great way to soften the anxiety of the unknown. It creates a perspective we otherwise wouldn't think about.

Great article but please find a nicer photo/motto than "Punch today in the face" - the connotations of it are almost ugly - so different from "carpe diem". With love. And another reason for not doing things is being low on energy due to sub par health which is what Im battling but I will overcome it! Well done for writing! x
